The story of Prison Break: The Conspiracy is based on the first season of the TV series Prison Break.

The original story of the series is dedicated to the young engineer Michael Scofield and his elaborate plan to rescue his brother Lincoln Burrows, who was falsely accused of murder and is now awaiting execution in the Fox River prison.

In the game, however, the player does not control Michael, but a character who was not present in the TV series: Tom Paxton, an agent for “The Company”, the main villainous organization of Prison Break. His mission is to get into Fox River prison and report to the company about Michael’s attempts to escape with his brother. The original story serves therefore as a background for Paxton’s experiences in the prison. …

Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas is a 3D action game based on the animated movie of the same name. The swashbuckler Sinbad was accused of stealing the Book of Peace, which had been protecting the city of Syracuse from peril. However, it soon becomes clear that Eris, the goddess of Chaos, is the real thief, and Sinbad must find her and bring the book back.

The gameplay mostly focuses on melee combat. Sinbad can execute three basic moves: slash, thrust, and block. Combining these moves opens additional ones, which inflict greater damage. Sinbad can also power-up and perform devastating all-screen attack that damage several enemies simultaneously. …

Description

Mobile Forces is a modern era deathmatch and mission based multiplayer first person shooter with vehicles. The usual array of weapons (shotgun, assault rifle, etc…) is augmented with four different vehicles (from buggies to Armored Personnel Carriers) that can provide fast transport around the battlefield, hit and run fatalities, and mobile firing platforms.

The eight different modes of play include the standards (death match, capture the flag) and some that are less familiar (Safecracker, Detonation). All can be played on 11 different maps (ranging in size from large to very large) that are designed to take advantage of the speed at which distances can be covered on wheels. …

Lego Racers

Description

Lego Racers is a racing game played from a third person perspective. Set in the fictional Legoland universe, the game depicts Rocket Racer, the “greatest racing champion” in Legoland. After becoming bored from beating everyone at racing, he decides to create a racing contest, and finds the best racers in the history of Legoland using a dimensional warp machine created by his friend, Veronica Voltage, a genius scientist and mechanic. The player takes on the hosts and co-racers in circuits of races in an attempt to reach and beat Rocket Racer and become the “Greatest Lego Racer of All Time”, completing the game. The circuits are contested by the player, the host, and four co-racers relevant to the themes of the tracks featured. The hosts are, in order, Captain Redbeard, King Kahuka, Basil the Batlord, Johnny Thunder, Baron Von Barron, Gypsy Moth, and Rocket Racer himself. In the first six circuits, there are a total of 12 unique tracks, four per circuit, and three per one of four themes: Castle, Pirates, Space, and Adventurers. The later three circuits revisit the tracks from the first three in reverse order with each track now mirrored. The final circuit consists of only one track: Rocket Racer Run, but still features four co-racers relevant to the previous tracks’ themes.

Players assume the role of either one of several pre-built or custom-built minifigures and compete against other minifigure characters in races set across different tracks in the Legoland universe, using a variety of cars built out of Lego. At the beginning of each race, the player can perform a “Turbo Start”, which allows the player to start the race at full speed. Throughout races, the player can also perform power slides and “Super Slides”, which allow the player’s car to turn around corners more sharply. …

The Story Game mode is where all the real action of Lego Racers 2 takes place. In this mode, you become a new racer, determined to become Galactic Racing Champion. Along the way, other racers challenge you as your quest to become number 1 continues. The more races you win, the more Golden Blocks you win. Golden Blocks help you move throughout the different levels of the game. You start out with zero Golden Blocks and move up as you win more races.

Jazz Jackrabbit is the PC world’s answer to Sonic the Hedgehog. In this platform game, Jazz, the hero of the rabbit planet Carrotus, must rescue the beloved rabbit princess, Eva Earlong, and defeat the leader of the turtle terrorists, Devan Shell, traveling to different planets to gather clues concerning Eva’s whereabouts while liberating them from Shell’s tyranny.

The similarity to Sonic the Hedgehog manifests itself in Jazz’s uncanny speed, and the fact it increases the more he runs. However, the rest of the gameplay mechanics are different. The game is primarily a shooter, meaning that in order to defeat his enemies, it’s not enough for Jazz to jump over their heads. Jazz starts with a blaster, but during the course of the game acquires other weapons, such as grenade launcher, flamethrower, TNT, etc. Jazz can also pick up various power-ups, including a force shield, a hoverboard that allows him to float in the air, a bird that will fight on Jazz’s side, and others. …

Jak II

Description

Jak II is a 3D action platform game and sequel to Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. After completing their quest from the original title, Jak and Daxter are shot into another time and space and the future of their planet, and everything is different. The two are split up, with Jak thrown into jail by Baron Praxis, the ruler of Haven City. For two years Jak is experimented on with dark Eco, turning him into an almost Hulk-like character, mean and filled with rage.

Rescued by Daxter, the two must set off and find a way to shut down the operation and get revenge for Jak’s uncontrollable change. Along the way they will meet new friends and deadly enemies (known as Metal Heads), but at least now Jak has something special on his side: weapons, and lots of them. Including a shotgun, sniper rifle, machine gun and a powerful blast weapon. Gameplay includes platforming, vehicle racing, rescue missions, hover boarding, playing mini games and shooting at various enemies (including boss fights). …
