Description

RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 is the sequel to RollerCoaster Tycoon. The player once again takes the role of a theme park manager, tasked with building a park using various rides and attractions, such as restrooms, restaurants, bumper cars, ferris wheels, go-karts, and, of course, roller coasters. There are over twenty different buildable rollercoaster types, from simple wooden coasters to complex inverted coasters. Many new rides and attractions are featured in the game, including handy “stalls” like the ATM machine and the first aid room, as well as lots of new scenery and theming items, such as the Pirate theme. Many scenery items now have wall and roof sections for higher levels of park customization.

There are a lot of scenarios to complete, from easy ones that only ask a certain park rating and guest count to extreme ones, such as making a yearly profit of $100,000 with rides that must have a certain rating, without letting the park rating drop to a certain number. The monetization mechanics are different – in the same scenario, the park can only have purchasable ride tickets or park entrance tickets, never both, while items from shops and stalls are purchasable in both cases. Description

WWF Raw is a wrestling game based on the television show of the game name, the flagship program of the World Wrestling Federation. The player can control any of the forty-five WWF superstars, including The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, and others. The game features a tag team mode, in which four wrestlers can compete with each other. Also included is a superstar mode, which allows the player to create and customize an own wrestler, taking him through a series of matches on the way to the WWF crown. Many of the game’s presentation details imitate those seen in the original show, such as introduction sequences for each wrestler, “double replay” feature, the ability to assault opponents and interfere with them on their way to the ring, etc. …

UEFA Champions League – Season 2001-2002

Description

The last game in the line of Silicon Dreams’ Champions League licensed titles (and only released in European markets), Season 2001/2002 includes all 32 teams qualified for the competition plus all finalists since 1960. There is exclusive Champions League footage to be unlocked and the in-game commentary is done by Guy Mowbray, Barry Venison and Gabby Logan.

The game allows the player to participate in friendlies, Champions League matches, leagues and cup tournaments. You can also edit players and create teams with custom players. Tactics can be modified to suit the team’s style and qualities. The gameplay remains close to the previous title, with free-flowing ball physics and the stress on accurate passing. The new changes mostly revolve around set pieces (it is now possible to aim to a player).

Graphically, it uses a new engine with features such as volumetric grass and real-time lighting. …

Twilight of the Gods is the second installment continuing Richard Wagner’s opera about the Ring of the Nibelungen, based upon Nordic mythology and works of the brothers Grimm, and features his original music.

The player is the main character, Siegfried, who is called upon by Wotan, the king of the gods, to fulfill his destiny. In this segment, Siegfried will boldly challenge the gods of power themselves and ultimately cause the end of their reign.

There are significant interface differences compared to the first game, Ring: The Legend of the Nibelungen. Those include: a 3rd-person perspective (instead of 1st-person), keyboard controls (versus point-and-click), action oriented puzzles/situations, and changes in the way inventory objects are handled. …
