Description

Test Drive Unlimited lets the player choose one of several characters, both male and female, waiting at an airport to check in for their flight to the Caribbean dream island O’ahu located in Hawaii. The characters do not have different statistics, that only applies to the extravagant, licensed cars.

The whole island is accessible from the beginning and after the player has bought his first home and car, he can either drive around and look for events or load up the map and jump directly to a location of a race, a car salesman or other locations – similar to Need for Speed Underground. Call of Duty 4 – Modern Warfare

A fresh approach in the long-running Call of Duty franchise with the original developers back behind the wheel, chapter 4 has the player assume the role of a British S.A.S. squad member in various missions over Europe, as well as a U.S. Marine in the Middle East, fighting against fictive global terrorism driving persona.

Without breaking the traditions of its heritage, Call of Duty 4 is a true military-based FPS, only this time it has the player fight in a fictive setting and in a modern-day world, against modern enemies and ditto weapons. There are various campaign-based missions that enable the player to take the role of two different soldiers, from two different kinds of military enforcement disciplines. As usual, multiplayer is also available with different game modes.

The missions in the single-player campaign give various tasks to accomplish and take the player through many twists as the plot unfolds. A large arsenal of weapons is available, offering diverse options to suit different playing styles. Blazing Angels 2 – Secret Missions of WWII

In Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII the missions were inspired by real events of WWII and featured real aircraft.

The successor now concentrates on the story of an elite pilot who is part of a secret squad which has access to weapon- and aircraft-prototypes that were never really used during the war and were at best in a prototyping stage. With these machines the squad travels around the world to exotic locations in order to prevent the enemy from building the ultimate weapon.

The gameplay is still the same. You engage in dog fights, bomb targets or fly stunts while you can give rudimentary orders to your squad mates ranging from attack my target to special commands that repair your aircraft.

The multiplayer features the three categories “Deathmatch”, “Co-op” and “Squad-based”. In addition to the modes from the original game, these have been supplemented with the two new game-modes “Capture the Flag” and “Epic Battle”. In “Epic Battle” two teams over control of a map. As a citizen of the kingdom of Bartonia, it’s your job to discover why the Undead have begun swarming all over the world of Etheria. In this RPG hybrid you’ll be following the story of your character as they rid Etheria of the Undead scourge and save Bartonia, complete sidequests for extra money, experience, items and companions, craft your own weapons and armor, capture monsters for use as mounts or to learn their spells, and even lay siege to neighboring kingdoms in order to add them to your own empire. However, Puzzle Quest is an RPG with a twist. Everything is done (as the name implies) with puzzles.

Everything in Puzzle Quest is done with puzzles. The puzzles themselves are similar to Bejeweled in execution, with a few slight variations used for things like item crafting and enemy capture.

When fighting an enemy (which can range from zombies to orcs and even castle strongholds, each with their own special spells and abilities), you both take turns using the same board. The goal is to reduce your opponents hitpoints to zero, which can be done directly by linking up skulls in rows of three or more, or by using spells which require mana. To build up mana, just link three or more runes of the same color together, just like the skulls. Every time you gain mana, it’s stored in your reserves until you use it (or are hit with a mana draining attack). Gold and experience are built up in the same way, using gold coins or purple experience orbs that occupy the same board and can be linked just like runes and skulls. …

Juiced 2 – Hot Import Nights

Description

The sequel to Juiced, this version adds more to the original, giving the player an in-depth look at the culture of car tuning and drifting, immersing them in authentic music used at events as well as woman models to showcase next to the cars.

Players can also race in a variety of events, from drifting, where players are given points and nitrous refills the longer they have their car sideways around a corner as well as playing for pinks, where cars are put on the line, the winner keeping the losers car and even the classic simple racing to the finish line. There is also a career mode, where the player advances through closed in courses, different from the original which had the player avoid against traffic while this version is a more organized feel to it.

There are authentic Exotics, European, Old Muscle and New Muscle cars to choose from including hundreds of actual racing parts giving them thousands of customization options even with the ability to customize labels and logos for their cars. …

Crysis

Description

Crysis, the first game of a planned trilogy, is a first-person shooter set in the year 2020 and the spiritual successor to Far Cry. The player takes on the role of the US soldier Jake Dunn. On a remote Pacific island, a meteor has been excavated and the North Korean army quickly moved in to secure the location. After they capture a team of US archaeologists, the US Army sends in a Delta Force team to investigate and free the scientists. Most of the missions are played alone, but also often with AI squadmates that star in the cutscenes and play a crucial part in the story.

During the battles with the North Korean soldiers, it becomes apparent that there is an even greater threat. When the meteor opens up a huge alien ship is revealed that starts to xenoform the island by freezing it over. The Americans and North Koreans are forced to join forces when alien machines emerge from the vessel and attack both sides. Now both sides have to stop the xenoforming process together. …
