In Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, the first PC installment of the famous Playstation game series, you assume the role of Sgt. Mike Powell, a member of the 1st Ranger Batallion. You have been recruited by the OSS (some sort of secret service) and need to battle through over 20 levels based on historical campaigns during WW2.

Missions include the landing at Normandy (D-Day), assaulting the town Arzew, a rendez-vous with the french Resistance outside the village of St. Lo, and even taking the famous bridge at the German town Remagen. The series that kicked off the flood of World War II FPS games on the PC is back. Much like the last console installment, Rising Sun, the theatre of operations has now moved to the Pacific. The game narrates the story of four young US Marines through the eyes of Tommy Conlin. There is the strong leader type, the educated and sophisticated medic (or corpsman), the short and simple sharpshooter and the quiet, but effective, soldier role is reserved for the player.

The game attempts to bring Call of Duty’s cinematic atmosphere to the Medal of Honor series, with impressively directed scripted sequences, chances for player heroics, hidden objectives which grant stripes and medals and other elements. In M&Ms: The Lost Formulas, the 2 lead candies are about to set off on a vacation until the red candy realizes that the yellow candy left the M&Ms Minis in charge of the candy factory. The Minis promptly steal the secret M&Ms formulas and cause havoc at the factory. It is up to the yellow candy to set the situation right.

The gameplay has been described as being similar to the Crash Bandicoot series. The action in the game takes place over 8 levels. The first 7 levels involve some kind of math skill (configurable at various skill levels to cover addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). The first level depicts the yellow candy frantically driving back to the candy factory. Along the way are math formulas on the side of the road, followed closely by 3 crates on the road, each with a number. Striking the crate with the correct answer for the previous formula will allow passage, while the 2 wrong answers are steel crates that will end your vehicle.
